Whats new!

As of January 1st, 2025 The town of Chesterville will begin receiving pickups from Casella Waste Systems as our new waste rubbish provider More information below.

Due to rising costs the Transfer Station will no longer be accepting brush or waste oil.

2025 Dog Licenses are now available! The Maine Department of Animal Welfare has created a new reporting system for Municipalities to enter dog registrations into. When you come to register your dogs please remember to bring an updated rabies certificate with you. If you have any questions, please call Missy or Katlin at the town office.

The Town Office will not be processing new registrations any less than 30 minutes prior to closing.
